Terms of Use

You may use this website to learn about GTA Drop Ceilings Inc., view examples of our work and contact us about a project. Please use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, submit spam or misleading inquiries, or attempt to access systems without permission.

Our Privacy Policy explains how information submitted through the website is handled.

Website descriptions and photographs provide general information about our services and examples of work. They are not a project-specific design, specification or guarantee that a particular approach is suitable for your property. Project details, service availability, materials and schedules may change.

A website inquiry, automated submission confirmation, preliminary quote or estimate does not by itself form a construction contract or reserve a start date. Work proceeds only after the scope, price and other relevant terms have been formally agreed and accepted by both parties. Any separate accepted project agreement governs that work.

Please contact us to confirm current information and discuss your site conditions and requirements before making project decisions.

Website text, design, photographs and other materials are owned by GTA Drop Ceilings Inc. or used with permission, except for content identified as belonging to others. You may view the site and retain reasonable copies for your own project planning. Please obtain permission before reproducing our materials for commercial publication or presenting them as your own.

Third-party names, marks and review content remain subject to the rights and terms of their respective owners. Nothing here grants ownership of Google content or another person’s review.

The website uses Cloudflare hosting and security, Cloudflare Turnstile, Resend email delivery and Google Maps Platform content. Links may take you to websites operated by others. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we do not control their availability or content.

Reviews reflect their authors’ experiences and opinions. They are not promises about the results of a future project. A link to a third-party website does not imply endorsement of everything on that website.

Use of Google Maps content and features on this website, including the Google Reviews widget powered by Places, is subject to the Google Terms of Service and the Google Maps End User Additional Terms of Service. Those terms are incorporated here by reference for your use of those features.

Our provision of the integration is also subject to the applicable Google Maps Platform Terms of Service. Google’s data practices are explained in the Google Privacy Policy.

Google selects the reviews returned by relevance. The widget preserves their text and source links and may show only a selection of the reviews available on Google. Follow the individual source link to view a review on Google Maps. Please preserve attribution and use Google content only as allowed by Google’s applicable terms.

We take reasonable care with the website, but information may contain errors or become outdated, and the website or its third-party features may occasionally be unavailable. Please contact us if you notice an issue or need information confirmed.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, GTA Drop Ceilings Inc. is not responsible for losses caused solely by reliance on general website information without confirming project-specific requirements, or by outages or content of third-party services outside our reasonable control. These terms do not exclude rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded and do not replace an accepted project agreement.

We may update these website terms as the site changes. The date on this page identifies the latest wording; updates do not automatically change an existing project agreement.

For questions about these terms, website content or a project inquiry, contact GTA Drop Ceilings Inc. at [email protected].
