Privacy Policy

When you use our main contact form or floating message form, you voluntarily provide your name, email address, phone number if supplied, and message or project information. Your message may include a project location, scope, timing or other details you choose to share. We also receive information you send directly by email.

Please provide only information needed for your inquiry. Do not send passwords, payment card details or sensitive personal information through these forms.

We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, discuss project requirements, prepare estimates, arrange follow-up and manage related business communications. We also process limited technical information to deliver the website, prevent spam, investigate delivery problems and protect the site.

Submitting a form does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list. Our current website does not include advertising trackers or an analytics integration.

Cloudflare provides hosting, network delivery and security services. Website requests can involve technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, requested pages, request times and response or error details. Cloudflare and other necessary service providers may process this information in operational and security logs. Our form service also uses temporary request information to limit abuse.

Cloudflare Turnstile helps distinguish legitimate form submissions from automated traffic. It processes browser and device security signals, and our server verifies the challenge response with Cloudflare, including an IP address when available. We do not send the contents of your inquiry to Turnstile as part of this verification. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy and the Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

We use Resend to deliver contact-form messages to our business inbox. Resend processes the submitted contact and project information needed to deliver that message, along with delivery information. Our email service provider processes messages received in our inbox. See Resend’s Privacy Policy.

We share information with service providers as needed to host and secure the website, deliver and receive messages, and respond to your request. We may also disclose information where required by law. Providers may process information outside Canada, subject to the laws and practices of the places where they operate.

The Google Reviews widget uses Google Places, part of Google Maps Platform, to display public business ratings and reviews. The widget can show public reviewer names, profile images, review text, ratings, relative dates and links back to Google Maps. These reviews come from Google, not from our website contact forms.

Our server requests information for our business listing; it does not send your contact-form information to Google Places. Loading a reviewer image or following a Google link connects your browser to Google and can share technical information such as your IP address and browser details. Google’s handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference for the Google Maps Platform features on this site.

We do not persist or build a stored collection of Places review content. The widget displays it for the current page without saving reviews to browser storage. To view an individual review or use Google’s reporting options, follow its Google Maps source link.

Our own website scripts do not set advertising cookies or store form submissions or reviews in localStorage or sessionStorage. The site uses temporary page state for form validation, security tokens and displaying reviews.

Cloudflare security services, including Turnstile, can use cookies or similar browser mechanisms for verification as described in Cloudflare’s linked policies. Google’s own services apply their policies when you load Google-hosted resources or follow their links. You can manage cookies and site storage through your browser; restricting security features may prevent a form from working. You can contact us by email instead.

We keep inquiries and related business correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a potential or ongoing project, maintain business records and meet applicable obligations. Retention depends on the purpose of the record and whether a project proceeds; we do not promise a fixed deletion date for every message. Provider logs and backups follow the relevant provider’s retention arrangements.

We use access controls and website security measures intended to protect information. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

We will consider it in light of the records we hold, applicable obligations and any need to retain business records.
